Ryan Volk​
Ryan has over 15 years of experience in accounting and started his career with KPMG in the San Francisco office, working first in the audit practice and eventually in the M&A financial due diligence practice. After KPMG, Ryan moved into industry working as a Controller and eventually into consulting in the technical accounting practice serving a wide-range of companies, from venture-backed start-ups to mature public companies. In addition to technical accounting, he has experience in SEC Reporting, financial statement preparation, audit assistance, M&A and IPO assistance.
Aaron Einhorn​
Aaron has experience in auditing, accounting and consulting. He has worked on a wide-range of companies and has experience with SEC reporting, financial statement preparation, Initial Public Offerings, audit and technical accounting. Aaron began his career at Deloitte in audit before moving into accounting and reporting advisory at Deloitte. After Deloitte, he has worked on various projects as a technical accounting consultant.
