Brian has a proven track record providing advisory and consulting services to a wide variety of companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Brian began his career at Ernst & Young, serving in audit with a focus on private and public companies in the technology and fintech industry before joining Principal Consulting Group (“PCG”). Since joining PCG, Brian has been engaged on various consulting projects including accounting standard implementation, audit readiness and complex debt/equity transactions.
